Cancellation policy:

• Multiple Cancellations: For customers who cancel repeatedly without prior notice, we reserve the right to request advance payment for future reservations.

 

Punctuality Policy:

Punctuality is essential to offer an efficient and quality service. We ask that you arrive on time to make the most of your experience at Couche Nail Bar.

 

• Time of Grace: We understand that setbacks may arise, but we appreciate your arrival on time. We offer a grace period of up to 10 minutes.

• Substantial Delays: If you arrive substantially late, we may need to adjust the length of service or, in extreme cases, reschedule the appointment to maintain punctuality with subsequent clients.
